This WordPress Blog Was Hacked to Redirect to usp4.net/usp4/redirector.php

I forgot to upgrade this WordPress blog and a few days ago I found it had been hacked Accesses to all links of this blog was redirected to this link: usp4.net/usp4/redirector.php – how did I get this hacking fixed?

To fix this I had to backup the MySQL database and re-install WP and its theme fresh. Then I used phpMyAdmin in cPanel to restore the database and re-customized the theme. Now it is fully restored

So remember to upgrade your WP blog as soon as a new version has come out. Do not wait!

To prevent this from happening in the past, I have tighten up the security of this site. I may have to re-install the WP-Padlock Pro that I discussed here http://gain4you.net/info/148/secure-wordpress-blog-from-hacker/ if everything I have done so far fails.
